Brad is an associate Broker and has been licensed since 1985. Before he started working as a Realtor, Brad was a Sheriff's Deputy for Pottawattamie County. He was the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors President in 1991, and voted Realtor of the Year in 2001.
Jacob has been licensed since 2010. Before Jacob became a Realtor, he framed residential homes and commercial buildings for eight years. He is a firm believer in continuing his real estate education. Jacob attends 3-4 real estate clinics and conventions a year. Jacob’s mornings are spent on the phone notifying neighbors of our newest listings that a house in their area is for sale and looking for potential buyers; his afternoons are spent with clients listing and showing houses.
Ruth has been licensed since 2014. She specializes in first time home buyers and investment properties. Ruth manages over 35 dwellings in the Council Bluffs area. She spent time working for a local title company as both a Title Searcher and Closer and has an intimate knowledge of the Title Insurance and Abstracting processes.
