Meet Brad Knott

The Brad Knott Team assembled in 2014 to better serve their clients and community with a combined 54 years of real estate experience. 

Licensed in 1985, Brad is an associate broker and former Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Deputy. He served as President of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors in 1991, and earned the honor of Realtor of the Year in 2001.

Before Jacob became a licensed Realtor in 2010, he spent eight years framing residential homes and commercial buildings. Jacob firmly believes in continuing his real estate education and attends 3-4 real estate clinics and conventions per year. Jacob spends his mornings on the phone looking for potential buyers for his listings, and his afternoons touring listings with his clients.

Ruth specializes in first time homebuyers and investment properties. Licensed since 2014, Ruth manages over 35 dwellings in the Council Bluffs area. Her time working with a local title company as a Title Searcher and Closer give her a competitive edge and intimate knowledge of the title insurance and abstracting processes.
